On November 2nd, 2024, Team 1403 competed in the 24th Ramp Riot Robotics Competition at Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania.  By the end of the competition Team 1403 placed 29th out of 44 teams, chosen for the 4th alliance, and earned 3rd place during final eliminations.  The team used this competition for potential driver tryouts, opening up more lines of communication and taking knowledge from other veteran teams.  The qualification matches were a learning Read more

From September 8th to October 13th, Team 1403 led an outreach event at Sri Venkateswara Temple (Balaji Mandir) and Community Center in Bridgewater, NJ. Organized by sophomore Ansh Khurana, a member of our Mechanical Subteam, the program was centered around FIRST robotics-based classes. Our team guided 2nd to 8th graders through hands-on engineering and programming challenges using Lego WeDos and SPIKE robots. 1/27/24 – 2/2/24 Our Team Moving into the fourth week of Build Season, Team 1403 has made significant progress on both the Robot and the Logistics side. 1/21/24 – 1/27/24 Our Team This week, Team 1403 has made further progress on the design of our robot, while also continuing to work on the components needed for the Impact Award. 1/7/24 – 1/13/24 Our Team After a highly successful Kickoff, with our auditorium being packed with over 30 FMA teams, Team 1403 reconvened to discuss FIRST’s announcement of the competition challenge and game reveal.
