Impact on Team:

The class began with a presentation by mentor Michael Leicht about the importance of learning from mistakes and improving upon them. The topic of learning how to learn was discussed in great detail Students were split up into teams with even numbers and the challenge was presented This week, teams had to create a structure out of paper and tape, which could support a large bucket on top. The bucket was slowly filled up with sand until the structure gave way. The winner was determined through the most amount of sand in the bucket (in weight) before the paper structure gave way
