Our Team
As the Hatboro-Horsham Event approaches, robot and logistic subteams have been working vigorously to complete all components. Logistics side has been preparing the Impact Binder, while the Robot side has been troubleshooting and adding finishing touches.

Design
Design finished their technical slideshow and packet, outlining the components of our team and the robot that help ensure our success. These will be displayed at a competition next week.

Mechanical
This week, Mechanical constructed parts of the Algae Intake and Elevator, and placed them on the robot. They’ve also been preparing materials that will be needed for future construction, Mechanical has been preparing materials such as foam plates for construction of parts in the future.

Electrical
Electrical made significant progress by cleaning up the belly pan and completing documentation. They created a wire “comb” to improve organization, and they’ve finished the spirit signs. Additionally, they troubleshooted the robot and prototyped various LED options.

Programming
This week, programming improved the robot’s elevator and swerve. They finalized setpoints for shooting from different positions, worked on auto-aligning to the reef based on coral intake position, and began using a CTRE generator to create swerve code.

They’ll keep on top of the team’s marketing, even after competition.

Outreach
Outreach is creating event write-ups for the Impact binder and revising the Reefscape Interactive Slideshow, both showcasing 1403’s community impact to judges by highlighting our initiatives. They are also promoting upcoming events like Robot Minigolf and Cougar Workshop #2.

Strategy
